Ingredients
- chicken cut pieces
- ginger 1 inch
- garlic 6 cloves
- green coriander 1 bunch
- green chillies 5
- 1 onion
- 1tsp turmeric powder
- 1tsp garam masala
- tamrind
- salt to taste
- ginger garlic paste.
- cashew nuts optional
Method
- Wash the chicken and cut into pieces apply salt, ginger garlic paste and keep aside.
- Make paste into grinder of green coriander,ginger,garlic, onion and tamrind,green chillies and (cashew optional).
- Put pan on gas,add paste, boil it,add turmeric powder,garam masala,salt as per taste.
- Add marinated chicken piece. boil till chicken get cooked.let all water get soaked make it dry.
- Serve hot as appetizer or with roti and rice.
