🥘 Ingredients
- 3 to 4 eggs
 - Chopped onion
 - 3 to 6 bulbs of garlic
 - Grated coconut
 - 1 tsp chilli powder
 - 1 tsp coriander powder
 - 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
 - 1 tomato chopped
 - 1 tsp garam masala
 - Salt to taste
 - Chicken Maggie cube 1 ( optional)
 - Oil

👩🍳 Method
- Boil the eggs until hard boiled. Peel and keep aside. Make a small slit in each egg to allow the masala to seep in.
 - Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and fry until golden brown.
 - Add grated coconut and garlic cloves, frying until golden and fragrant.
 - Turn off the heat and add coriander powder, turmeric powder, and chili powder. Mix well. (If you’re using whole coriander seeds and chili, fry them instead of powder.)
 - Grind this fried mixture (onion, coconut, garlic, and spices) into a thin paste using a little water.
 - Heat a kadai or deep pan, add 1 teaspoon oil. Sauté chopped onions and tomatoes with salt and the optional chicken Maggi cube until golden.
 - Add the ground masala paste and cook the gravy until oil separates and the masala is cooked well.
 - Gently add the boiled eggs and simmer for 5 minutes so the eggs absorb the flavors.
 - Serve hot with chapati, rice, or your favorite Indian bread.

💡 Tips
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of garam masala towards the end of cooking.
 - Adjust chili powder according to your spice preference.
