GOAN EGG DROP CURRY

egg drop curry is simple and easy to cook. The one who loves egg must eat its tasty and spicy. Rich in 
nutrition.

  INGRIDIENT IN EGG DROP CURRY
  1. Greated coconut
  2. one onion
  3. 1tsp chilly powder
  4. 1tsp coriender powder or coriender seeds
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1 small ball tamerind
  7. garlic ginger paste/garlic gloves and ginger small cut piece
  8. 1 tsp cumin powder/seeds
  9. 1 tomato
  10. 1tsp garam masala
  11. 4 eggs



Instruction
  1. Keep pan on gas add little oil add onion fry till it become golden then add grated coconut fry till it become golden and crispy. remove and keep aside.
  2. Add all the ingrident such as fried onion ,coconut ,chilly powder,turmeric powder, coriender powder/seeds,tamrind, and water make smooth paste in mixer or griender.
  3. On heated pan add oil add cumin seeds or powder let it slutter add ginger garlic paste/cloves fry till raw smell goes add tomatoes and then grinded paste add some water if gravy is thick  let it boil.
  4. Add salt as per taste. while boiling drop egg one by one do not stir.
  5. Serve with coriender leaves. can be eaten with rice and bread or chapati or roti.
