Goan Chicken Fry Recipe | Crispy & Spicy Goan-Style Fried Chicken
Chicken Deep Fry is crispy on the outside, soft and juicy inside, and bursting with flavors. It can be enjoyed as a starter or served as a side dish with rice and curry.

📝 Ingredients:
- Breast chicken pieces
- Bread crumbs (for coating)
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp curd
- Salt to taste
- Oil – for frying
🔪 Method:
Marinate the Chicken:Clean the chicken and cut into pieces. Marinate with salt, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, chili powder, and curd. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
Prepare for Frying:
Apply cornflour to the marinated chicken and coat evenly with bread crumbs.
Deep Fry:
Heat oil in a pan. Fry the chicken pieces till golden brown on one side, then flip and fry the other side.
Optional – Shallow Fry:
For extra crispiness, you can shallow fry the chicken again for a few minutes until it turns crunchy.

Serve:
Remove from oil and place on a tissue-lined plate to absorb excess oil. Serve hot.
