VEG fried Rice in various types schezwan fried rice, Chinese fried rice, and in nonveg egg fried rice, chicken fried rice. vegetable fried rice is easy and fast to prepare. each fried rice has a different taste to eat. In restaurants and on roadside stalls taste of fried rice is different than what we prepare at home it is only because one ingredient they use is Ajinomoto. Ajinomoto is harmful, especially in children's brain development. that's why I have not included it in the preparation.

INGREDIENTS
- BASMATI RICE OR ANY LONG GRAIN 1 CUP
- OIL
- BUTTER 1 TO 2 TSP
- SALT
- SOYA SAUCE
- GREEN CHILI SAUCE OPTIONAL
- GREEN CHILIES 2
- CARROT 1,
- CAPSICUM 1,
- CABBAGE 1/4,
- ONION 1
- SPRING ONION 1 BOWL
- 4 BELL PEPPER
- 2 CLOVES
- 1 INCH CINNAMON
- 2 CLOVE OF GARLIC
- PEPPER POWDER
PREPARATION
- Wash the rice and keep aside rice for 15 min. make the rest preparation by cutting the veggies.
- Boil the rice with salt and little water so that it won't stick together.don't overcook the rice because while mixing it with vegetables it will become mashy.
- Heat the pan add butter and 1 tsp oil add green chilies, spices accept pepper powder
- Add onion and rest vegetables on high flame fry for 2 to 3 min
- Add soya sauce(exception) and masala or cube of maggie for taste
- Add cooked rice reduce the flame mix it well with vegetables add olive oil fry for 2 to 3 minutes add powder pepper.
- serve with gravy.
