Ingredients
  1. 1-2 cup water
  2. 3-4 kokum 
  3. 1/2 cup scrapped fresh coconut 
  4. Salt as required
  5. 4cloves of garlic
  6. 1 green chilly
  7. Green coriander chopped 

👩‍🍳 Method

  1. In a mixer grinder, combine the freshly scraped coconut, garlic cloves, green chili, and water. Grind into a fine paste.
  2. Strain the paste through a fine strainer or muslin cloth to extract the coconut milk.
  3. Pour the extracted coconut milk into a large bowl.
  4. Add salt, kokum pieces, and chopped coriander. Mix well.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature alongside steamed rice
