🐟 Goan Mackerel Uddamethi Recipe | Traditional Konkani Fish Curry

📝 About the Recipe

Uddamethi is a signature Goan fish curry made using mackerel, flavored with fenugreek (methi) seeds, urad dal, and coconut. The name comes from “Uddam” (urad dal) and “Methi” (fenugreek), the two star ingredients that bring a unique earthy, tangy-spicy flavor to this dish.

This curry is especially enjoyed with steamed rice or Goan bread (pao).
