🥬 Goan Mula Bhaji (Radish Stir-Fry)

📝 Ingredients
- 1 bunch radish (with leaves)
- ½ cup grated coconut
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 1–2 green chilies (slit or chopped)
- Salt to taste
- 1–2 tsp oil
- 2 tbsp soaked toor dal (optional, adds protein and texture)
🍳 Method
Prep the Vegetables
- Wash and clean the radish bunch thoroughly.
- Chop the green leaves finely and grate the white radish root.
- If using toor dal, soak it for at least 30 minutes beforehand.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the chopped radish leaves, grated radish, green chilies, and soaked toor dal.
- Cover the pan and cook on medium flame until the radish softens.
- Once the radish is partially cooked, add grated coconut and salt.
- Mix well, cover again, and cook on low flame until everything is well combined and the radish is fully cooked.
