🌿 Goan Tero Recipe | Simple Colocasia Leaf Stir Fry (Healthy Monsoon Dish)
📝 About the Recipe
Tero Bhaji is a traditional Goan dish made using tender colocasia (arbi/tero) leaves. These leaves are most commonly found during the monsoon season and are packed with calcium and iron. This earthy, flavorful curry is simple to prepare and incredibly wholesome.
⚠️ Important Tip: Colocasia leaves must be cooked thoroughly — undercooked tero can cause throat or mouth irritation due to natural calcium oxalate crystals. Always use tender leaves and follow the method carefully.
