🍄 Goan Mushroom Fry | Spicy & Easy Mushroom Side Dish
Quick, simple, and delicious — a perfect side dish for your Goan rice plate!📝 About the Recipe
Hi and welcome back to my blog!
Today I’m sharing a very simple yet flavorful Mushroom Fry recipe, a perfect side dish that’s both quick and satisfying. For this recipe, I’ve used domestic mushrooms (easily available in markets), though wild mushrooms—like the ones used in this earlier mushroom recipe—tend to have a richer taste and are ideal when in season.
This fry is light, minimal, and ideal for pairing with rice and curry.
