Methi (fenugreek leaves) is a good source of vitamins, minerals, and fiber. the recipe is easy to cook and very tasty and healthy to eat.

Ingredients
  • bunch of methi
  • grated coconut
  • onion 
  • salt
  • green chili
  • soaked toor dal optional
  • Jaggery as per taste
Method
  1. wash and clean the leaves,  chopped leaves, 
  2. Heat a pan with oil, add cut onion fry till golden brown.
  3. Add methi leaves chopped, green chili soaked toor dal cover the lid, jaggery, let it cooked, add little water if it gets dry.
  4. when partially cooked add grated coconut and salt,
  5. cook on low medium flame till all methi get fully cooked.
