Ingredients
- bunch of methi
- grated coconut
- onion
- salt
- green chili
- soaked toor dal optional
- Jaggery as per taste
Method
- wash and clean the leaves, chopped leaves,
- Heat a pan with oil, add cut onion fry till golden brown.
- Add methi leaves chopped, green chili soaked toor dal cover the lid, jaggery, let it cooked, add little water if it gets dry.
- when partially cooked add grated coconut and salt,
- cook on low medium flame till all methi get fully cooked.
