GHOTA  SASAV (RIPE MANGO) RECEIPE

Mango sasav is sweet and spicy in taste. mostly prepared with ripe mango.

Ingredients
  1. 3 to 4 ripe mangoes 
  2. grated coconut
  3. jaggery
  4. 1 tsp chilly powder
  5. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  6. curry leaves
  7. salt to taste
  8. 1 tsp oil.
Method
  1. Grind the grated coconut with chilly powder to a fine paste.
  2. Squeeze mangoes to extract some pulp out of it.keep aside.
  3. Put pan on gas. heat it, add 1 tsp oil ,add mustard seeds and curry leaves let it splutter.
  4. Add grinded paste in it, add jaggery as per mango tangy taste. if mangoes taste too tangy add more amount of jaggery. let it boil add salt as per taste.
  5. Add sqeezed mangoes and pulp of it. boil for some time so that it get mix.
  6. serve hot with rice or roti.
