Mango sasav is sweet and spicy in taste. mostly prepared with ripe mango.

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 ripe mangoes
- grated coconut
- jaggery
- 1 tsp chilly powder
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- curry leaves
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp oil.
Method
- Grind the grated coconut with chilly powder to a fine paste.
- Squeeze mangoes to extract some pulp out of it.keep aside.
- Put pan on gas. heat it, add 1 tsp oil ,add mustard seeds and curry leaves let it splutter.
- Add grinded paste in it, add jaggery as per mango tangy taste. if mangoes taste too tangy add more amount of jaggery. let it boil add salt as per taste.
- Add sqeezed mangoes and pulp of it. boil for some time so that it get mix.
- serve hot with rice or roti.
