Ingredients
- Potatoes
- 1 onion
- garlic 3 cloves
- Coriender leaves
- Green chillies
- curry leaves
- 1tsp mustard seeds
- 1tsp cumin seeds
- 1tsp turmric powder
- 1 tsp oil/ghee
Method
- Boil potatoes with salt. mash the boiled potatoes keep aside
- Heat oil in pain add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,curry leaves let it sputter
- Add green chillies,onion.garlic (optional) and mashed potatoes,turmeric powder,salt to taste
- Add water if it get dry.Add coriender leaves
- Serve it hot with bread or chapati.
