Boiled egg chilli is yummy and spicy to eat.

Ingredients
- 3 Boiled eggs
- 1 onion
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 1 piece ginger
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1-inch cinnamon
- 1tsp coriander powder
- 1tsp red chilli powder
- 1tsp turmeric powder
- 1 green capsicum
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
- tomato sauce
- 1 tsp oil
- 2-3 green chilli
- coriander leaves
- salt to taste
Method
- Boil an egg in a pan and keep aside.
- Put the pan on gas, heat it, add 1 tsp oil, add cumin seeds, let it sputter, add cinnamon, ginger and garlic. fry till raw smell goes.
- Add onion, fry till it becomes golden, add green chillies, capsicum.
- Add allspice powder such as chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder.
- Add salt as per taste. Add sauces in it.
- When it becomes thick gravy, add boiled white cut boiled eggs in it.
- Mix it well, add coriander leaves. serve hot.
