Boiled egg chilli is yummy and spicy to eat.

It is quite easy to make.spicy and non-veg food lover will definitely love this recipe.

Ingredients
  1. 3 Boiled eggs
  2. 1 onion
  3. 3-4 garlic cloves
  4. 1 piece ginger
  5. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  6. 1-inch cinnamon
  7. 1tsp coriander powder
  8. 1tsp red chilli powder

  9. 1tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1 green capsicum
  11. 1 tsp soya sauce
  12. 1 tsp chilli sauce
  13. tomato sauce 
  14. 1 tsp oil
  15. 2-3 green chilli
  16. coriander leaves
  17. salt to taste
Method
  1. Boil an egg in a pan and keep aside.
  2. Put the pan on gas, heat it, add 1 tsp oil, add cumin seeds, let it sputter, add cinnamon, ginger and garlic. fry till raw smell goes.
  3. Add onion, fry till it becomes golden, add green chillies, capsicum.
  4. Add allspice powder such as chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder.
  5. Add salt as per taste. Add sauces in it.
  6. When it becomes thick gravy, add boiled white cut boiled eggs in it.
  7. Mix it well, add coriander leaves. serve hot.
