| Onion (sliced) | 1 | 
| Garlic cloves | 3–4 (crushed) | 
| Ginger | 1 small piece | 
| Cumin seeds | 1 tsp | 
| Cinnamon stick | 1 inch | 
| Coriander powder | 1 tsp | 
| Red chilli powder | 1 tsp | 
| Turmeric powder | 1 tsp | 
| Green capsicum | 1 (sliced) | 
| Soya sauce | 1 tsp | 
| Chilli sauce | 1 tsp | 
| Tomato sauce | 1 tbsp | 
| Oil | 1 tsp | 
| Green chillies | 2–3 (slit) | 
| Salt | To taste | 
| Coriander leaves | For garnish | 
👩🍳 Method
- Boil, peel, and cut the eggs in halves or quarters. Keep aside.
 
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
 - Add cinnamon, crushed garlic, and ginger. Fry till aromatic.
 
- Add onions and fry till golden.
 - Add green chillies and capsicum. Sauté for 2 minutes.
 - Mix in red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and salt.
 
- Stir in soya sauce, chilli sauce, and tomato sauce. Cook until thick and rich.
 
- Gently mix in the boiled eggs to coat with masala.
 - Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
 
- Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on top.
 - Serve hot with chapatis, pav, or rice.
