Lepo fish is also called sole fish. It is very popular and easily available in the market. Flat and pinkish in color. you can fry this fish for dinner. But today will do the Lepo fish curry recipe. It is yummy and tasty. the fish lover must try it once.

INGREDIENTS

  • Lepo fish 3 to 5
  • Grated coconut
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1/2 chopped tomato (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • tamarind ball
  • salt to taste
Method
  • Clean the Lepo, remove the skin, and cut the mouth,
  • Marinate Lepo with salt, turmeric powder, chili powder.
  • Grind  coconut,tamrind,chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder into fine paste.
  • Heat pan on gas add gravy shimmer it adds onion, tomato  (optional), boil it again.
  • Add marinated Lepo to it. Boil till Lepo gets cooked.
  • Serve hot with rich.
