  3. Add prawns & spices
    Add chopped prawns, turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala, and salt.

  4. Mix & cool
    Switch off the flame.
    Add mashed potato and coriander leaves.
    Mix well and let it cool completely.
  5. Shape the cutlets
    Shape the mixture into oval or round cutlets.
  6. Coat the cutlets
    Dip each cutlet in maida slurry, then coat with bread crumbs.
  7. Fry
    Fry in medium-hot oil till golden and crisp on both sides.
    Drain on tissue paper.
