🍽 Servings: 3
📝 Ingredients:
- Small shrimp (prawns), cleaned and shimmered (cut if large)
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder

👩🍳 Method:
- Clean and cut prawns if they’re large.

- Add a small amount of water to bind the mixture — not too watery.
- Take a spoonful of the mixture in your palm and shape it into round balls.
- Roll each ball in breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
- Heat oil in a deep pan.
- Deep-fry the shrimp balls on medium heat until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain excess oil on paper towels.
