shrimp means small prawns, favorite fish amongst children as well as an adult. today's recipe is made up of prawns(shrimp)and simple masala spice. not very spicy but crunchy in taste. I have not added any other strong-flavored ingredients to retain the taste and flavor of prawns, you can eat it as a starter or side dish along with a rice plate.

Ingredients
  • Shimmered prawns (small in size)
  • Rava
  • Chopped onion (optional)
  • Chopped spring onion leaves
  • Cut green chilies
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • corn flour 2 tsp
  • bread crumbs for fry
  • Salt to taste
  • Green coriander chopped
  • Oil
Method
  1. Clean the prawns and cut them into small pieces if prawns are big.
  2.  marinate with salt, turmeric powder, red chilies powder, and keep aside.
  3. Mix all the above ingredients such as chopped spring leaves, green chili, onion optional, cornflour, into marinated prawns with water in little quantity.
  4. Heat a pan add oil,
  5. On your palm take a spoon of mixture and make a round ball and coat with breadcrumbs 
  6. deep fry shrimps meatball till becomes golden brown and crispy likewise do with remaining mixture,
  7. Serve hot as a starter with sauce or a side dish with rice and curry.
