🥬 Gosale Bhaji (Ridge Gourd Stir Fry)

🛒 Ingredients
- 1–2 Gosale (ridge gourd)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 green chillies (slit)
- Grated coconut – 2–3 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
👩🍳 Method
Prep the Ingredients
Wash the ridge gourd, peel it, and cut into small pieces.
Chop the onion and slit green chillies into two.
Start Cooking
In a pan, add chopped ridge gourd, onion, and green chillies.
Do not add water — ridge gourd releases its own moisture while cooking.
Cover and cook on medium flame for about 10 minutes.
Add Coconut & Salt
Once the ridge gourd softens, add grated coconut and salt.
Mix well, cover, and cook for another 5 minutes on low flame.
Adjust Moisture if Needed
If the mixture becomes too dry, sprinkle a little water. Stir gently.
Serve
Serve hot with rice and dal or curry.
