Gosale is also known as ridge gourd, easily available in the market. this recipe is easy to cook with simple ingredients.

INGREDIENTS
- Gosale (ridge gourd) 1-2
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 green chilies
- Grated coconut
- Salt to taste
Method
- wash the Gosale peel and cut it into pieces. chopped onion and cut green chilies into two pieces.
- in a pan add chopped gosale,onion, and put it on gas,do not add water since Gosale leaves water while cooking.
- Add grated coconut and salt after 10 min of cooking,mix well
- cover the lid and cook on low flame.
- Add water if required if it becomes dry.
- Serve hot with rice and curry.
