
Tisrayanche suke recipe is cooked from shell fish /tesaro.It is sea food recipe. It also called as calm Goan authentic receipe, cooked commenly in all houses of goa who eats non vegeterian and found of sea food.

- tesaro 200gm
- fresh grated coconut
- 2 green chilli
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 kokum(bhirand) sola.
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1tsp turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- water as per required.
🍳 Method
1. Clean
the Clams
- Wash the clams thoroughly.
- Open into two halves. Keep one
shell half attached and remove the other side if desired.
- Clean properly to remove sand.
2. Cook
the Clams
- Place the cleaned clams in a pan
over medium heat.
- Cook for about 5 minutes,
stirring occasionally. The clams will begin to release their natural
juices.
3. Add
Aromatics
- Add chopped onion, green
chilies, and kokum.
- Mix well and sauté for a few
minutes.
4. Add
Spices
- Add red chili powder, turmeric
powder, and salt.
- Stir well to coat evenly.
5. Add
Coconut
- Add freshly grated coconut and
mix thoroughly.
- Cover and cook for another 8–10 minutes on low flame.
6. Adjust Consistency
- If needed, add a little water to
prevent sticking.
- Cook until the mixture becomes
semi-dry and well combined.
🍽️ Serving Suggestion
Serve hot with steamed rice and curry for a traditional Goan meal.

Clams cook quickly. Avoid overcooking to keep them tender and juicy.
