Tavshacho ros
Tavish is famous in goa widely used during the summer season.

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber (tavshi)
- 1 onion
- curry leaves
- 1tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1tsp cumin seeds
- grated coconut
- small ball tamarind
- jaggery.
Method
- Peel the skin of cucumber and make pieces. keep aside,
- On gas, keep pan add coriander seeds don't put oil. just fry a little bit.
- Add grated coconut, onion, green chilies, turmeric powder, coriander seeds which were fry without oil and tamarind in the mixture and make a paste.
- Put the pan on gas, heat it adds 1 tsp of oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves, let it sputter.
- Add cucumber seeds with jaggery. boil for 3 to 5 min.
- add salt as per taste. Serve hot with rice.
