Ingredients
- sprouted moog 1 cup
- freshly grated coconut
- 5 black papper(meri)
- 1tsp chilly powder
- 1tsp coriander powder
- 1tsp turmeric powder
- 1tsp garam masala
- tamrind
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- curry leaves
- asafodia (hing)
- jaggery
- 1tsp oil
Method
- Pressure cook the sprouted moog with salt and water
- grind the coconut,tamrind,chilly powder,coriander powder, turmeric powder ,pepper make thin paste
- Heat kadai add 1 tsp oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves,asafodia let it sputter.add grinded gravy.boil for 10 min
- Add jaggery,1 tsp garam masala,cooked sprouted moog. boil for 15 min
- serve with rice
