MACKEREL RECHEADO TAWA FRY RECIPE

Ingredients
  1. 3 Medium mackerel (bangado)
  2. Rava(suji)
  3. 5 tsp of goan recheado masala
  4. salt to taste
Method
  1. Clean the mackerel. cut inbetween of fish like butterfly space
  2. Apply salt and keep aside.
  3. Stuff mackeral with goan recheado masala and leave for 10 min.
  4. Heat the pan add oil. apply rava on both side of mackerel and put in pan ,fry till become golden brown.
  5. Serve with rice and curry.
