3 medium mackerel (bangado), cleaned

5 tsp Goan recheado masala

Rava (semolina), for coating

🍳 Method
1. Prepare the Fish

Clean the mackerel thoroughly.

Make a slit in the middle (butterfly cut) without separating the fish completely.

Apply salt and keep aside for a few minutes.
2. Stuff the Fish

Generously stuff each mackerel with Goan recheado masala.

Let it marinate for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
3. Coat with Rava

Lightly coat both sides of the stuffed mackerel with rava.
4. Fry

Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
