Ingredients
- 3 Medium mackerel (bangado)
- Rava(suji)
- 5 tsp of goan recheado masala
- salt to taste
Method
- Clean the mackerel. cut inbetween of fish like butterfly space
- Apply salt and keep aside.
- Stuff mackeral with goan recheado masala and leave for 10 min.
- Heat the pan add oil. apply rava on both side of mackerel and put in pan ,fry till become golden brown.
- Serve with rice and curry.
