Ingredients
- Chicken cut pieces
- 1 onion
- 1tomato
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 1 piece ginger
- or ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 inch cinamon
- 1tsp coriander powder
- 1tsp red chilli powder
- 1tsp turmeric powder
- 1 green capsicum
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp chilli sause
- tomato sauce optional
- 1tsp curd or
- 1 tsp vineger optional
- 1 tsp oil
- 2-3 green chilli
- coriander leaves
- salt to taste
Method
- Marinate chicken with salt and ginger garlic paste,curd or vineger. marinate for half hour.Boil the chicken till it cooked and become soft.
- Put pan on gas, heat it ,add 1 tsp oil ,add cumin seeds ,let it sputter, add cinamon, ginger and garlic. fry till raw smell goes.
- Add onion, fry till it becomes golden , add green chillies, capsicum,tomatoes.
- Add all spice powder such as chilli powder,coriander powder, turmeric powder.
- Add salt as per taste. add boiled chicken pieces. Let it boil for 3 min .Add sauces in it.
- Mix it well, add coriander leaves. serve hot.
