GOAN CHILLI CHICKEN

Ingredients
  1. Chicken cut pieces
  2. 1 onion
  3. 1tomato
  4. 3-4 garlic cloves
  5. 1 piece ginger
  6. or ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  7. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  8. 1 inch cinamon
  9. 1tsp coriander powder
  10. 1tsp red chilli powder
  11. 1tsp turmeric powder
  12. 1 green capsicum
  13. 1 tsp soya sauce
  14. 1 tsp chilli sause
  15. tomato sauce optional
  16. 1tsp curd or
  17. 1 tsp vineger optional
  18. 1 tsp oil
  19. 2-3 green chilli
  20. coriander leaves
  21. salt to taste
Method
  1. Marinate chicken with salt and ginger garlic paste,curd or vineger. marinate for half hour.Boil the chicken till it cooked and become soft.
  2. Put pan on gas, heat it ,add 1 tsp oil ,add cumin seeds ,let it sputter, add cinamon, ginger and garlic. fry till raw smell goes.
  3. Add onion, fry till it becomes golden , add green chillies, capsicum,tomatoes.
  4. Add all spice powder such as chilli powder,coriander powder, turmeric powder.
  5. Add salt as per taste. add boiled chicken pieces. Let it boil for 3 min .Add sauces in it.
  6. Mix it well, add coriander leaves. serve hot.
