Egg burgi is non veg receipe it is scrambled egg with mixture of onion,tomatoes and spices.

Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1 onion
- 1 tomatoes
- coriander leaves
- 1tsp mustard seeds
- 1tsp chilli powder
- 1tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1tsp cumin seeds
- 2 green chillies
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp oil
Method
- Put pan on gas, heat it, add 1 tsp of oil add mustard seed, cumin seeds and onion fry till golden brown.
- Add tomatoes,turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder,green chillies.fry till oil seperates from gravy
- Break egg in it one by one. mix it well. cook for 10 min.
- Add coriander leaves.Serve hot with roti or bread.
