Ingredients
- 3 to 4 ambade
- 1tsp mustard seeds
- 1tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- curry leaves
- green chillies
- grated coconut
- jaggery
- salt to taste
- 1tsp oil.
Method
- Wash ambade and peel the skin apply salt on it, keep aside.
- Grind grated coconut with coriander powder,turmeric powder. Make thin paste.
- Put pan on gas add 1 tsp oil add mustard seeds and curry leaves let it sputter.
- Add paste boil it add jaggery, chillies and salt to taste,add peeled ambade.
- Boil for 10 min.serve hot
